Robert Brown
Owner & Chairman
Rob is the owner of Anglia Kitchens and Bedrooms, having been with the company since the beginning. He oversees operations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards with minimal disruption. Rob is a proud supporter of Norwich City Football Club.
Melanie Brown
Co-owner
Melanie is the co-owner of Anglia Kitchens and Bedrooms, working alongside Rob to ensure the business runs seamlessly. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoys spending time with her family.
Matthew Brown
Director
Matthew recently transitioned from a 12-year career in the army to join the family business. After learning from the workshop’s skilled tradesmen, he is now moving into the showroom to master design under the guidance of the two Robs. Matthew spends his weekends coaching his son’s football team.

We work exclusively with tradesmen we’ve known and dealt with for years. Our skilled fitters, electricians, plasterers and plumbers, we’ve kept in our circle for a reason – they never let us down. Chosen for their craftsmanship, professionalism and care, we know they’ll treat your home with the same respect and attention to detail that we do.

Ethically sourced timber

We’ve partnered with Latham for over 20 years, a relationship rooted in trust, shared values, and a commitment to quality. As FSC and PEFC-certified suppliers, they source white oak and maple from naturally regenerating forests across the United States, Canada and Europe with sustainability at the heart of their practice. Just as we nurture long-standing relationships with our clients, we value enduring collaborations with suppliers who support the quality and integrity of our craft.

Responsible waste management

When it’s time to welcome in the new, the old must, of course, be carefully taken away. We work with our trusted partners at Sun Skips, who share our commitment to sustainability by prioritising the reuse of materials and minimising landfill wherever possible. You can rest easy knowing that every element removed from your former kitchen, bedroom or bathroom will be thoughtfully and responsibly handled.

We’ve planted 750 trees… and counting

We’re also a proud partner of JUST ONE Tree, a non-profit initiative planting forests both on land and in the oceans. They help to restore biodiversity and combat climate change by planting trees in areas severely affected by deforestation to maximise the effect on reducing global warming. In the process, they help to provide agricultural education and sustainable incomes to local communities.
